Tilmac's Consulting Division (TCD) will do all of the work, from obtaining the necessary permits to completion of the final inspection and certificate of occupancy.

As the first Delmarva builder certified by the American Lung Association, Tilmac can build your new home to the ALA Health House specifications, which are the most stringent in the Industry.

TCD will be your sole point of contact for everything after completion of design. This includes the preliminary design review, monthly progress reviews, four walk through inspections, and the final inspection and acceptance.

Tilmac's Consulting Division (TCD) will review your plans and provide written comments on errors and/or omissions, ways to reduce cost and improve the design, etc.

TCD will provide a list of suggested subcontractors, but you choose who does the work and how much to pay them. You are their boss, not Tilmac.

Tilmac will conduct periodic inspections and provide you with a written report.

TCD will conduct a final inspection and provide you with a written report. You may also request house performance testing.

The Do-it-Yourself method will not, however, result in a certified American Lung Association Health House.
